Where can I view my invite code?: You can see your invite code by using option Users>>Select user name>>Settings>>Invite code.

What is the Smart Deadbolt compatible with?: The Smart Deadbolt is compatible with iPhone 4s and above, iPad 3rd generation and later, iPad Mini, iPod 5th generation and later, and Android 4.3 or above with BLE.

What is the app used for?: The Securemote app is used to lock and unlock the Smart Deadbolt. The app can also be used to manage users, add key fobs, and change Smart Deadbolt settings.

What if the battery of the Smart Deadbolt dies and I am outside without a key?: You can use the 9v emergency battery contact on the Smart Deadbolt to power it up. Then, use your phone app to open the lock. When the battery level drops to 20%, the Yellow LED blinks once each time an operation request is sent to the Smart Deadbolt. The batteries should be changed promptly, as the Smart Deadbolt will stop working when the battery level drops to 10%. To replace the battery, remove the cover from the indoor unit.

What if my phone dies?: Use the key fob or keys provided to enter into your home.

How many Smart Deadbolt devices can be operated by a Key Fob?: A Key Fob can operate 4 Smart Deadbolt devices.

How many users can be added to the Smart Deadbolt?: A maximum of 10 users can be added to the Smart Deadbolt.

How can I invite or add a new user?: A new user can be added by using the “Invite User” option in the Users menu. A new invite code can be given to a user by email, SMS text, or verbally. To invite or add a new user, refer to section 9.4 of the user manual. Click here to download.
